- STEP 1
Log in & register your return * online. If you do not have any login details yet, register first. Please note: a damaged item or article complaint is not a regular return. In this case, please first contact us via [email protected] or + 31 (0) 15 - 7470007.
- STEP 2
Put the items back in the packaging undamaged and unworn. We appreciate it very much if we get the items back in the same way that you received them. This means with all the cards attached and neatly packaged in the original packaging. We cannot return the items if we suspect that the items have been worn more often than during the fitting. Do you return shoes? Do not use the shoe box as a shipping box. Put the shoes back in the shoe box and then package this box in the package in which you received them.
- STEP 3
Cut out the return label (you will find it with your order), enter the order number on the label and stick the return label over the old address sticker on the box / shipping bag. If you do not have the return label, you can also stick a handwritten label on the package. Make sure you write the order number on it.
- STEP 4
Take your package to a service point and send your return. The costs of your return are for your own account.
- STEP 5
As soon as the return package has been approved by our return department you will receive a confirmation by e-mail. After this, we will prepare your refund as quickly as possible.
